Trading Card Game Information

Anyone in good standing can play - there is no pre-qualification required.
Early Bird:  Register by 9/15/19 and save $10.00 off the prices listed below
 
A $20 late fee will be added for all orders after 11/7/2019
Basic:  $55 - includes tournament entry, promo card and playmat
Dynamax:  $90 - pump up your entry with a sport shirt, and 2 prize wall dice that you can either keep as a souvenir or trade in for something cool.
Gigantamax:  $180 - Our biggest package contains the sport shirt, OGIO Backpack and 10 prize wall dice, as well as tournament entry, promo card and playmat.

Dynamax and Gigantamax packages includes this great soccer style jersey, with Navy camo sleeves.  It will also feature a Regional logo, pending approval from Pokemon

Gigantamax packages include this cool OGIO Backpack.  It is the perfect size for your trade binder and several decks, plus has a pocket for a laptop. 

Format:  Trading Card Game will use the Expanded Format for Deck Construction   Swiss rounds will be best of 3.  For more information on the official rules visit Pokemon.com.  Sun&Moon:  Cosmic Eclipse will not be legal.

Check In:  Trading Card Game players must register on-line through the link above.  Players will check in by submitting a completed deck list on line at https://player.rk9labs.com/decklist/.  Players who have not submitted a deck by 8:15 AM may receive a round 1 loss.  Deck list help will be available at the venue starting at 7:30 AM on Saturday.

Deck List:  Deck lists must be submitted electronically before 8:15 AM through the following link:  https://player.rk9labs.com/decklist/  Deck list submission will open November 4th.

Top Cut:  The size of the Top Cut will be determined by the number of players in each age group.  The finals will be played on Sunday.

Saturday

7:30 AM:  Hall Opens

7:30 AM - 8:30 AM:  Swag Pick-up

8:15 AM:  Deadline for submitting Deck List

8:30 AM:  Round 1 pairings posted, Tournament play will start at approximately 8:45 AM

Side Events: 8 AM - 8 PM

Sunday

Players in the Top Cut will be informed of when to report for play at the conclusion of Swiss on Saturday.

9:00 AM to 5 PM:  Side Event Tournaments
