Video Game Information

Anyone in good standing can play - there is no pre-qualification required.
Early Bird Discount:  Register by 9/15/19 and save $10.00 on the prices below
A $20 late fee will be added for all orders after 11/7/2019
Basic:  $55 - includes tournament entry, promo card and hat
 
Dynamax:  $90 - pump up your entry with a sport shirt, and 2 prize wall dice that you can either keep as a souvenir or trade in for something cool.
Gigantamax:  $180 - Our biggest package contains the sport shirt, OGIO Backpack and 10 prize wall dice, as well as tournament entry, promo card and playmat.

Dynamax and Gigantamax packages includes this great soccer style jersey, with Navy camo sleeves.  It will also feature a Regional logo, pending approval from Pokemon

Gigantamax packages include this cool OGIO Backpack.  It is the perfect size for your trade binder and several decks, plus has a pocket for a laptop.

Format:  Video Game play will follow the Official Pokemon Tournament Rules, using a best of 3 format for Swiss Rounds.  Please bring a fully charged 3DS, charging cord and your copy of Pokemon Ultra Sun or Pokemon Ultra Moon, with your team in the Battle Box.  For more information on the official rules visit Pokemon.com

Check In:  Video game players must register on-line through the link above, and check in with tournament staff, starting at 7:30 AM on Saturday.  Players will need to submit a completed Team Sheet at Check -In, and will have their Battle Box locked at that time.  Players not checked in by 8:30 AM may receive a Round 1 loss.

Top Cut Finals:  The size of the Top Cut will be determined by the number of players in each age group.  All Top Cut matches will be played on Sunday.

Saturday

7:30 - 8:30:  Check In

9 AM:  Start of tournament play

Side Events:  8 AM - 8 PM

Sunday (Subject to change)

9:00 AM  Players in the Top Cut report for play

10:30 AM:  Mid Season Showdown Registration closes

9:00 AM to 4 PM:  Side Event Tournaments
